Meet Zelda, a sweet girl who is joining us at Buffalo Barkery for a special shopping session while she waits for her forever family.
Zelda is estimated to be around 5 years old. When she arrived from Texas, she weighed just 47 pounds and was in desperate need of gaining weight. She had been found as a stray, and thanks to dedicated volunteers who fought for her, she was given a second chance.
Despite everything she's been through, Zelda has a heart of gold. She loves kids, strangers, and other dogs (cats are unknown). She's healing beautifully. Her skin is clearing up, she's slowly filling out, and she's ready to leave her past behind. It's clear she's had a difficult life, likely spent being bred, but now it's her turn to be loved, spoiled, and start an exciting new chapter.
During her shopping session, everything Zelda picks out will go home with her when she's adopted!
