If you are interested in ordering a cake for your pup, please fill out order form or call or text 716-984-1060 with the following information:
1. Date and time that you would like to pick up the cake. (Tuesday-Friday 11:30-5:30 Saturday 11:00-4:30)
2. Cake Flavor: Carob, Classic or Pumpkin
3. Icing Color- (colors may vary from photos) Pink, Purple, White Sprinkles: Red, Blue or Rainbow
4. Pup's Name (please allow 2 business days for custom name). If order is placed on a Saturday for pick up on Tuesday we will do our best to have the name for you. We are closed on Sunday & Monday.
5. Your name

If you would like a jack o' lantern biscuit instead of a name bone, please specify in Other Information on the order form.
